December 27, 2015 - light and crisp as one would expect, but not a ton of fruit (as one would expect I guess).

August 13, 2015 - The nose is very much italian / malvasian like, with the pear / tropical and floral notes , but the palate is very dry and crisp.
It makes it refreshing and pretty much cocktail like.

July 13, 2013 - Crown Liquors Tasting (Coral Gables, FL): Light body, tart, not much flavor.

February 1, 2013 - Quite dry for Prosecco, with nice pure lemon-lime and pear flavors. Some might prefer more intensity of fruit but I found this very refreshing.

    January 22, 2013 - Best Prosecco I've ever had.
