Community Tasting Notes 3

October 10, 2017 - A bit better than we remember it from 4 month sago (Papies 92) , nice mineral edge, light fatty on the palate, the oak is a bit more assimilated and definitely time is helping. A bit more burg white than chablis at this stage, quite inviting wine and drinks very well. 92+

July 9, 2016 - Cellar raiding at Jeff's: Textbook Chablis, packed with tart citrus fruits, slightly sweeter lemon curd notes, and a vivid stony/crystalline minerality beneath. There's impressive intensity on the palate, but also a lot of acidity to keep it very focused and light.

June 20, 2016 - Very mineral, linear and firm wine. That been said it does have a nice core of ripe fruit and that coupled with the oaky dynamic this has lingering around spoils a little bit the focus of the wine. Still a very solid effort and a worthy 90-91
