July 27, 2018 - Nose of green apple, gala apple, pear, honeydew, vanilla, and Arrowroot biscuit. Intense palate of juicy apple, pear, sweet lime, citrus zest, and melon. Long finish of apple and candied tropical fruit.

May 9, 2015 - Retailer tasting (@ HB): A very grapy and truly Pinot Gris bouquet. On the palate full bodied and a bit fat. A lot of litchi. Firm but good acidity, mostly lime. Also that Alsatian sweetness, but certainly a good quality and clean wine. 87 - 88
