  September 25, 2016 - Red fruits & berries, dusty earth, leather with floral hints. Soft tannins and a full, but medium finish. Enjoyable.

  January 28, 2015 - Transparent garnet in color. Aromas of cherry, earth, and tar. Medium+ acid, medium body and finish, just enough structure for backbone, and flavors of cherry and orange peel. Not terribly complex, but enjoyable weeknight pizza wine for the price.

  October 1, 2012 - Pnp through venturi. Initially very muted, little at all on the nose. No primary fruit, and almost some salinity. Almost no initial taste as well;so hard to describe. Will give benefit of doubt and time due to cellar temp.
  later, still thin, tart and a bit astringent. Not one that I'd buy again. Hope for bottle variation.

  September 8, 2012 - Same opinion as last time which is impressive as I have been seeing lots of bottle variation. Subtle bouquet and fruit which improved as we drank. Typical Nebbiolo. Enjoyed the wine.
