December 2, 2023 - A bit funky nose - balsamic? Apple?
Palate was still full of life - mouth watering acidity. Supposed to be the best of ‘73 Bordeaux. Cannot compare but this was certainly a treat.
Battled against consaillante ‘82 which had the edge for me (but others preferred the Petrus) -

October 5, 2021 - Couldn't believe how good the wine was having come from arguably the worst vintage of the 70s. Deep color. Funky nose. Nice long finish. Very enjoyable.

May 3, 2019 - Bottle from chateau. Surprisingly full with good balance. Can't compete with the great vintages but very good on its own. 93-94
