March 11, 2017 - Purchased from Buty several years ago and we finally got around to opening one. Decanted 30 minutes. Initially a tad hot with some WA Syrah funk. That blew off in 15 minutes and the wine settled down for the evening, becoming more smooth with just a hint of sweetness. Definitely a food wine. Great bottle that lived up to its namesake.
