  September 1, 2013 - A hint of sulfides was present on the nose. Beyond that, a melange of flavors opened up, including quince, flowers, roasted nut, tea, and clover honey. Excellent balance and a very compelling rich texture through the palate. The sulfide issue was a bit distracting but I still thoroughly enjoyed this wine.

I think others have covered the flavor spectrum here very well: orchard fruit, with herbal and floral notes supported by a solid mineral and acid profile. A great summer sipper.

  July 20, 2012 - Pear and spice on the nose, with apple and floral notes underneath. Pear and crushed rock on the palate, along with apple, spice, and a good floral finish.

  June 28, 2012 - Tasting with Pax Mahle (Domaine Wine Storage): Another fine showing. Beautifully elegant tones of pear and herbs with underlying mineral notes. Palate was silky, but had nice underlying acidity keeping it fresh. Great stuff.
