  October 21, 2019 - Perfumed and somewhat sweet bouquet. On the palate red berries, some bell pepper, fresh red fruit acidity and soft tannin with still a pleasant bite.

  September 1, 2014 - Glengarry Grand Tasting - Day 2; 9/1/2014-9/2/2014 (Glengarry Wines and Spirits, Victoria Park, Auckland, New Zealand): Young, light ruby. Spicy cherry`and earth. Very good palate. Beautiful fruit-oak balance with a savory finish. Fine wine.

  January 31, 2014 - Good wine, a bit thin but good for a village. Enough acidity to to old 2 or 3 more years. Mostly smoke and cherry on the nose. This cherry on the palate again.

  November 22, 2013 - Violet and thin red cherry hues in the glass. Nose is of sweet red burgundy - cherries, violets, licorice and spice. An hour or two in the decanter helps unravel some primal meaty/spicy layers. Lots of red fruits, beautiful acidity and finish. Maybe lacks the thickness and concentration of other red burgundies I have enjoyed, but still, a quality bottle!

  May 19, 2012 - Le vin est de couleur cerise rouge très foncé, bien que translucide. Nez floral (lilas, violette) et fruité, avec un petit côté animal et cuiré sur fond de terre noire. En bouche le fruit est beau (fraise, cerise), une présence épicée dominée par le poivre, un peu de viande rouge et de terre sur un ensemble montrant une belle matière et un potentiel certain pour le moyen terme. Viril sans être carré, il se boit par contre très bien avec une viande grillée. Passage rapide en carafe puis remis en bouteille pour être bu une heure plus tard. Excellent.
