Community Tasting Notes 2

June 6, 2016 - A very enjoyable, big, bold wine. Some spice and a touch of oak on the nose along with loads of black and blue fruits, floral hints, and a touch of pepper. The palate is balanced and nicely elegant, certainly feels lighter than it is and is quite tasty. Needs food now, will continue to improve.

April 7, 2012 - Nearly opaque dark ruby color; deep, rich, berry, mulberry, chocolate nose; rich, complex, layered, tight, black fruit, tart berry, tar palate; needs 5-plus years; long finish 93+ points (95% Cabernet Sauvignon with 5% David Fulton Petite Sirah and Monte Rosso Zin; 15% alcohol; reminiscent of a luxury cuvee Chateauneuf-du-Pape)
