May 31, 2022 - Agree with RW Palmer's note below. In a half bottle, this is beginning to come into its own now, especially with some air - the extra dimension of richness and complexity on Day 2 lifted this to the level of memorable. Will provide a lot of pleasure for not a lot of money over the next 5 years or so.

August 27, 2021 - Golden with tropical nose of banana, pineapple, caramel, raisins. Weighty mouthfeel and good acidity with banana, burnt caramel, raisins. V. sweet and long. Lovely treat.

Confit et riche, il semblait solaire, gras, l'archétype du Sauternes un peu lourd et manquant de fraicheur. Classique (un peu trop à mon goût) -

April 23, 2021 - Beautiful golden color not, yet, showing the brownish tinge of a mature Sauternes, Honey and peach on the nose. On the tongue I, again, get honey and, now, ripe peach, but, also with a suggestion of orange. Fairly viscous mouthfeel. Very pleasant retro-nasal sensation under the rear palate of ripe stone fruit.
