May 11, 2014 - Same observations as before, but now ready to drink after an hour or two decanted.

April 23, 2013 - Dark plum color, cherry and chocolate nose. Cherry, tobacco and clove leave the strongest impression, but also licorice, maybe dogwood, charcoal. Strong finish, 45-60 seconds.
Delicious, with loads of potential for a higher score, but needs time.
Needs an hour decanted, could certainly use a little more time to age. I'll try to be patient and open another each year for a while.
