VISUEL: marron/carmin sombre
OLFACTIF: fruité compoté (figues/prunes)
GUSTATIF: Gouleyant. Fruité évolué. Saveurs de fruits macérés dans l'alcool. Ce Cairanne conserve toujours son charme.
ENSEMBLE: ma 7e bouteille dégustée du même millésime et je n'hésite pas à lui donner un Coup de Coeur..... -

GUSTATIF: frais, fruité, gouleyant. Cela a de la mache en bouche, c'est agréable. On croque dans le fruit mûri à souhait

OLFACTF: chien mouillé, réduction. Nez très agréable avec encore un peu de fruit
GUSTATIF: Plein, riche, sombre. Voilà un très bon Cairanne. J'aime son côté racé, animal. Finale légèrement amère.

GUSTATIF:frais, gouleyant, fruité. Belle texture en bouche. C'est sensuel. Finale longue et complexe.

OLFACTIF: Fruits bien cuits par le soleil. Notes de camphre, d'épices et de chocolat noir
GUSTATIF: Généreux et fruité. Structuré avec beaucoup de matière concentrée (figues, pruneaux, cassis et bleuets). C'est viril et très bon.
ENSEMBLE: 2e bouteille et encore un COUP de COEUR !
