January 28, 2017 - Dark and brooding. Dense and highly structured, with a wall of tannins. But still drinkable, especially if you like a tannic monster (which i do). Dark fruits, with a heavy plum influence. Strong alcohol. Tonight we opened 3 bottles to taste a variety - a Napa Bordeaux blend, a central coast Syrah, and this PS-- all which ended up rating 90+ in our personal ratings. But this was the only bottle that we emptied.
