Community Tasting Notes 12

January 26, 2015 - outstanding, fresh, fruity, crisp, everything you want in a white wine.

April 26, 2014 - {screwcap, 13.2%} Still youthful; although there's a touch of developing pungency to the crushed seashells, pear and spice. Salty, briney and mineral-like, this has medium/high acidity, light/medium body and and fresh crisp finish of medium length. Tasting and interesting. Drink soon I think.

September 29, 2013 - Pale lemon green in the glass. Nose of citrus, pear, and talc. On the lean side of medium bodied, a little soft on the palate with a nice touch of acid. Flavors echo the nose with citrus, green pear and apple, and a pleasing mineral finish. Served too cold, the flavors are muted, but a little air and some warmth allow this wine to express nicely. Drink near term.

May 6, 2013 - Floral, herbal pearlike fruit with good acidity and some moderately briny minerality. Gets more briny and saline as it warms. Enjoyable wine.
