June 11, 2017 - Nice expression of dusty red berries up front, and had that impression continued we would have easily been in 90+ territory. However, the end of the taste and the finish is a bit grippy and distracting for my taste. Paired well with a turkey pasta dish. Perhaps food is necessary to balance this wine out.
