December 22, 2022 - Needs 30+ min of air. Light and smooth. Light aromas of baked cherries, earth and flowers. Flavors of dark cherry, tart cranberry, red plum skin, a little earth, and finishes with a nice mineral layer.
No rush on this will develop further. -

July 29, 2019 - Pretty, darkish red fruit with subtle sous bois undertones and a fairly delicate mouthfeel. Really nice tonight after about an hour of air.
