  February 10, 2013 - A nose of some dark fruit, medium garnet in color. A medium bodied Cab, with black cherry, some licorice and spice on finish, nothing complex but drinkable.

  August 5, 2012 - Good reasonably priced everyday cab. Nothing special. Needed decanting, but nicely complimented steak and potatoes. Decent red fruit and hints of vanilla.

  June 25, 2012 - color: raspberry jello, before it sets; nose: faint earthy oak; taste: medium-bodied mouth feel, chalky tobacco taste (but no fruit!), chalky and slightly green medium-length finish; overall: meh -- unbalanced and without a pleasing personality, lacks fruit notes; tastes like an ordinary Old World pour; priced to move ($9) but comes in well below KS's usually-high standard of delivering both quality and great value
