April 3, 2017 - I left this wine showed a lot of energy and depth. The translucent ruby red color belies its generosity and depth. Aromas and flavors of slightly peppery red cherry and earth. Great inner-mouth energy and a long finish. Great winemaking in an awesome vintage.

The palate is full of ripe, plump cherry flavors that display great precision and intensity. 60% Cabernet Franc (Old Stones) and 40% Merlot (Seven Hills). Aged in neutral French oak. 188 cases produced.
