Community Tasting Notes 8

June 27, 2022 - Mid-yellow, light gold colour; notes of honey and a touch of marmalade, with medium to full intensity and good length. A very attractive and elegant wine, and much better than its relatively modest price would suggest.

April 18, 2022 - I really enjoyed this. Turning golden now, and inviting nose - pineapple and marmalade sums up the taste. Medium length, and just lacks a bit of acidity. Great value.

February 22, 2022 - Mid-yellow colour; medium weight, with citrus flavours, notably orange marmalade, and refreshing acidity; this is developing well and should provide good drinking for the next few years.

August 4, 2021 - Luscious sweet pineapple and marmalade flavours. Not hugely complex but at 10 years old this has a nice balance of freshness and nuance, and it's incredible value.

    February 3, 2020 - Honeyed floral unctuousness.
Superb with some Strasbourg foie gras, the last of the Christmas presents.
