March 15, 2023 - Double decanted off its sediment and served right away. Still appears rather youthful with a deep core and perhaps the slightest signs of age beginning to show at the meniscus. Notes of ripe red fruit and plum. Flavors of red fruit and spice with soft tannins. Nice, if just straightforward.

October 2, 2016 - This may have been slightly corked. Blueberry and sous Boris in the nose. Slight hints of TCA or dirty barrel with some blueberry, pepper and a hint of green vegetation. I'd drink soon.
