Worked very well with coq au vin. Beautiful. I noticed the oak and again some maturity more than before. Very nice.
Great with Epoisses too although it put it a little in the shade.
Glad I have 5 more bottles of this! -

July 10, 2015 - Great on opening. No reduction here, unlike some previous bottles. Definitely ready now whereas previously needed a bit of air. Lovely fruit and fragrant but with a touch of rustiness that I often find in Gevrey and especially this producer.

November 29, 2014 - As has been the case with this wine in the past, it is much better after an hour of air, becoming much fruitier, tangier and even keeping its fragrance. Very good.
