November 25, 2023 - Aromas of preserved lemons, oyster shelss and limestone introduce a layered, pure and precise mouthfeel, with great depth of flavors on the mid palate, ending in a long broad and chisselled finish. This is an impressive at peak beauty at this age.

Superbe! L’archétype du beau chablis, complexe, ample, qui semblait intemporel vu son âge, d’abord exotique puis très beurre frais, doté d’une minéralité élégante, et d’un pouvoir gastronomique étonnant (un vrai vin de table), d’une longueur en bouche de dingue…
Trop aéré, la lumière commençait à s’éteindre , car il est encore a son top; mais il ne faudra pas attendre trop longtemps … -

December 9, 2014 - 2014 Acker BYO at TriBeCa Grill (TriBeCa Grill, NYC): Golden straw. Big, tense nose showing oak and almost tropical fruit, but then fully classic salinity and seashell. The palate is pretty awesome and mouthwatering: cream, hazelnut, and a bit of lemony, tangy-sweet pineapple; fine balance of fruit and acid. Resolved and lovely. The length you'd expect. Drink though, I don't see much evolution ahead. Yum.
