August 27, 2014 - At first a bit muted, and needed a few hours of air before opening up. Nose is very elegant with just slight maturing fruit, light spiciness, chocolate and distinct oak. Medium body, good length and concentration. High, fresh acidity and just enough tannins to give it good structure. Very nice burgundy, and I would leave it in the cellar for a few years to develop.
