January 3, 2014 - I decanted it for about an hour before drinking. It had a wonderful aroma, which made me think it was going to be *amazing*. It was, indeed, very good. But it turned out to be a little less bold than the aroma suggested. I am not an experienced "taster" but I pick up a distinct flavor of caramel.
