September 23, 2018 - I'm told that this is a cuvee intended for BTG restaurant use, yet I found it at a very low price locally. What that means is that it's a bit more aged than the regular cuvee both pre- and post- bottling. It's actually really solid, extremely at under $20. It's on the more yeasty, autolytic side, but with decent acidity. Certainly destroys any sparkler in that price point, which would be mostly domestic sparklers.
