Community Tasting Notes 1

May 4, 2012 - Typical pleasant Barbera nose with a very subtle off, slight cooked perhaps, characteristic which may have been the glass since this was enjoyed at a restaurant. It is a casual place and I neglected to condition the glass before my pour. Fairly strong grapy/cherry flavor. Ready now, no tannin, smooth across the palate, good weight which again buffers the acid, strong with food. Overall, don't wait, good basic drinker.
