Community Tasting Notes 4

August 2, 2013 - Well made wine. Red and black fruits underpinned by a real good acidic backbone. Just lacking in complexity or anything really compelling. Not a rebuy for me.

April 14, 2013 - Very tasty, classy Barbera style. I bought more!

February 15, 2013 - Agree with other note re: flat finish and lack of typical fruit-forward style. Generally better with food but nothing very interesting here.

December 4, 2012 - drank at cellar temp. Some alcohol on the nose and a bit hot as well. Very light fruit component - boysenberry, but nice earthy elements. Rather restrained and fairly nuanced. Not your typical fruity(er) barbera. Only major disappointing quality is the rather flat finish
