November 2, 2014 - Pale lemon. Medium(-) aromas of apple, lemon and sea spray. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium(-) body. Medium(-) flavors of apples, lemon, chalk, and again a fresh saltiness. Fresh texture with solid bite, good length with cutting finish. Elegant and pleasant small wine. Will do well as aperitif.
