February 7, 2024 - Decanted for sediment. Medium crimson color. Nose of mixed red and black cherries and plums, hint of sweet baking spice, cedar cigar box, purple florals and maybe a touch of mint chocolate. Really nice. Similar flavors on the palate with a nice mix of dark fruit and savory notes framed with some sweet oak notes. Medium acidity, medium tannin and body. Smooth finish. Really quite nice and drinking great right now. Can probably age a bit more but probably close to peak if I had to guess.

October 30, 2016 - A little young, but drinking nicely. Lush fruit, fine tannins that coat your mouth. Should develop more depth with a few more years.

Loved this. So so elegant. Understated. Lush, floral, black cherries, licorice, mocha, spice, gingerbread. Super restrained yet modern styling. Long finish. So young. Recommended.
