  April 20, 2018 - Totally unique, I have drank about 2 cases of this wine, I lost this bottle, tonight the wine was port like, the cork fell apart, decanted and strained, smooth, no alcohol taste, good fruit, earthy, never sweet, Amarone and port like, drank easily, drank with rack of lamb and spinach pie, won’t find again.

  November 26, 2015 - My last bottle, a magnum, Thanksgiving meal, a great bottle, good fruit, complex with balanced finish, oak nicely integrated, this might have been one of Chalone's last good pinots as the 2010 and 2012 are much more alcoholic and unbalanced, drank with Turkey, doubt that I will find a bottle of this again.

  November 15, 2015 - Light, ok wine, needs more fruit, drink up, luckily I did not pay a lot drank with scallops and risotto. Have 1 more bottle to drink.
