October 14, 2021 - Better than recent 2013. Day one had some green veg which blew off with an hour decant. Cherries and cassis on the nose with similar profile on the palate with some chocolate and white pepper. Med finish. Quite nice. FLM if you read this, stay tuned, as i have dinner party organized next w/e with…….. wait for it……. Osso buco!

February 26, 2016 - As before but better. This could sit 10 years. And I tasted a ten year vertical and every year slightly different but holding up. Be patient if that is possible. Spectacular!

July 12, 2015 - Clear med ruby. Nose is full and with subtle white pepper, black fruit and cherry. Palate there are smooth, ripe med tannins with notes of cherry, cedar, tobacco leaf and chocolate. A balanced, elegant wine with wonderful complexity, nice med acidity and a beautiful med long finish. Drink now or hold.
