July 27, 2019 - The "zesty" lemon is gone but enough remained along with ample acid to make this a nice companion for shrimp (sautéed in a lemon butter and garlic sauce ) and pasta.
I will look for new vintages of this Sancerre. -

May 31, 2014 - Primes the appetite with great acidity in the form of pleasant citrus and sharp bursts of lemon zest. Good body through mid palatte and a clean finish. Paired with spring vegetable dolmas, carrot halva and avocado foam. See http://maisonmarcel.blogspot.com/ for pictures
