November 3, 2020 - loaded with deep honeyed character, floral notes and tinned peaches in syrup. Nice level of acidity on the finish to balance the sweetness very good and would compete well with some Sauternes

March 15, 2018 - Wharf Wine Club first meet up of 2018 (Julian's gaff, Canary Wharf): Nice and correct with notes of peach, apricot, orange and honey. Totally overshadowed IMHO by the Paul Cluver nobel riesling opened alongside but still a good wine and would make an credible alternative to Sauternes.

April 29, 2017 - VFM!!! great sweet wine, you can find at the beginning sweet like honey & elegant bitterness at after taste.

April 16, 2017 - Consistent with previous notes

December 31, 2016 - Rich and golden but a lot less exuberant than expected. Strangely enough the botrytised gewurz reminded me a little of morels (morilles). Nevertheless a very good dessert wine.
