December 6, 2018 - Very rich sweet cherry and cassis nose. Tarry blackberry color with moderate bricking. Wow, what development since 2015! Concentrated but elegant, velvety, wonderful bitter edge and great finish. "Amazing" "Delicious" were the comments. This was the year that Laura did not have enough production to make her Jacob, St. James, etc. Very last bottle. Enjoy this now if you are lucky enough to have one.

January 6, 2015 - Garnet with slight brownish cast. Initially thin and predominately savory, but clean and bright. One hour in fullness is apparent. Blackberry, needs more time. Great potential.
