Community Tasting Notes 1

June 15, 2012 - The color is violet/dark red. A nice fruity cherry smell and taste on the first day after opening the bottle. A temperature about 14-16° was best imho.
Surprisingly different smell on the second day, the cherry was nearly all gone and there was an impression of forest animal like a fawn/deer (really). Significant loss tastewise, but still okay.
