June 12, 2012 - Very good Petit. Could easily pass as proper Chablis. Probably a sign of how good the 2010 vintage is for Chablis generally.
Good acidity, lovely lemon and floral notes, good minerality for a Petit. Ripe fruit showing very well. Punching way above its weight.
The above said, it didn't hold up to food so well (a fish pie), but a great aperitif. A bargain.1 person found this helpful Comment
