Nose is youthful, intense, red cherry fruit, raspberry not overly complex. Medium bodied, intense youthful red cherries, good depth here if not overly complex, fine tannins, vibrant, slight savoury edge, good length finish, still a touch tight with a touch of mineral. Simpleish but very good. Should improve.

March 12, 2014 - Pale/medium garnet core, wide pale garnet rim. Open, medium intense nose showing nice clarity with raspberries, floral notes, a touch of earth. Medium bodied on the palate, quite soft and generous with slightly creamy raspberry fruit, fresh acidity, still a touch tight on the good length finish. Very good.

March 29, 2013 - For me this wine needed a good couple of hours decanting to open up at all. Balance was there quite nicely but I was looking for a bit more complexity - perhaps cellaring it for a while might do the trick.

Translucent ruby red colour. Open, perky and youthful nose. Crunchy red berries together with earthiness and a hint of smoke. The palate is mid-weight with substantial acidity and friendly tannins. Still somewhat closed.

November 29, 2012 - Face to face with a Pinot Noir from Oregon. Still a very mute wine, will need to be tried again in a few years. Still promising.
