October 1, 2015 - Perfect aperitif sparkling with bright effervescence. Crisp apple with hint of nutmeg. Tasted great with Brie en croute.

April 23, 2015 - Great depth, mouth feel, and richness, mushroom and yeasty bread notes. Just loved this, so I went back and bought half a case. Okay QPR at $38. Amazing value at $20.
