July 9, 2023 - decanted for 2 hours. beautifully integrated black fruits with some smokey earth notes. paired nicely with smoked/reverse seared flank steak.

August 21, 2021 - fresh black fruits. boysenberry. tasted young but not tight. smoke, tobacco and earthy notes on the finish. paired well with reverse seared smoked rib-eye steak. Really good.
