Community Tasting Notes 2

December 29, 2014 - Strawberries, prunes and matchstick. Rich and super interesting style which would be perfect for Sunday lunch in Provence in summer with a nice siesta following. A real food rose not a light aperitif style at all!! Still going strong.

September 2, 2014 - Drunk through three days. First try in an opaque glass. Superb pure orange hue. Nose of hay and roasted cereals, gasoline for some advanced tasters. Mouth spicy, pomelo, dry hay, structured with minerality. Actually it taste like a white. One of the best rosé I' ve ever tried. Lively through two days without particulary mean. A world away from the weird 2011 vintage.
