March 18, 2023 - At its peak the 2010 Turley Heminway is a deep ruby color. Black cherries, licorice, and a touch of smoke in the nose. Blueberries, raspberries and spice in the flavor. A well balanced wine with a long very smooth and soft finish. Great with pizza.

April 29, 2017 - A treat for all of the senses. Visually appealing with big, gripping legs and deep, clear ruby red. Very interesting on the palate with a melange of liquified ripe blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and black cherries, with a rush of flavor in the finish. But the real treat is in the bouquet where you can imagine yourself stepping into a cool, smoky, incense-filled church. Stunning, and a great QPR. (������= Outstanding)

January 1, 2017 - Delicious and deep--probably has a few years good drinking left. Holds its high alcohol well with good acid and gobs of fruit.
