October 31, 2015 - Best showing yet. Isn't that how it goes? Last of a cased a half. Well integrated. It went through a bit of a higher acid period shortly after purchase. Wish I'd laid off them back then a bit more, but it was my go to PN for a few years. Will have to search this out in more recent vintages.

May 1, 2015 - This wine continues to show well of late. Lovely perfumed nose with soft ripe red fruits like raspberry. In the moth, good structure. Enough acidity to support the ripe dark red and blue fruit. I tend to not like like excessive acid. The fruit wasn't overly dominant either. Drinking wonderfully now. Down to a single bottle left of a case and a half.

February 21, 2014 - This bottle is more similar to the way the wine was when I first tried it a year ago. Opulent once again.

November 22, 2013 - This wine is hard for me to get a read on. The first half of the bottle consumed over an hour or so is captivating; rich, dark cherry, red raspberry and pomegranate fruit with a touch of spice and all well balanced with lovely mouthfeel and a long delicious finish. Around the one hour mark, maybe a bit longer, it all turns terribly acidic and is nowhere near as pleasant. So, drink up once you open this or give it another year of bottle age and see what transpires.
