September 7, 2012 - Remoissenet Clos Vougeot Vertical (Beaune): Tasted at Remoissenet Cellars, Beaune
Another amazing '67. There is real density and concentration here, a bit attenuated perhaps and not the completeness of a great vintage but very impressive for 1967. This is a powerful wine which needs time to open up, flesh up and round out the tannins - all teh components are here though. Still has plenty of life in it.
