    December 16, 2021 - Vraiment superbe, dans une veine riche, puissante, corpulente, ce Rocoules est une grand vin de gastronomie qui commence sa vie d'accompagnateur.
    Gras, épais, praliné, vanillé, patissier, floral (fleurs blanches, acacias) il en impose avec sa richesse, qui se déploie merveilleusement en mangeant. La finale s'appuie sur une tension surprenante, minérale (mais l'effet est presque acidulé). Oui, superbe. Et que c'est long!
    seul peitit bemol, je sens beaucoup de SO2, le vin semble surprotégé, peut-être à cause de sa richesse inhérente.
    Le montrachet rhodanien!
