May 31, 2014 - Served with swordfish that was pan seared and finished in the oven with butter, garlic, and lemon. This was a very nice pairing that didn’t overshadow the food like many of the more assertive NZ-SB. Its’ lighter citrusy character played well with the fish and the finish was crisp and very clean. At ~$18 delivered, this is worth giving a try.
