July 7, 2012 - Salmon, ruby with med-lite viscosity in the glass. Grapefruit, strawberry, flowers and slate minerals on the nose. Med-lite body with juicy grapefruit, fennel, white tea, strawberry and rose petals on the palate. Structured, balanced and focused. Medium finish. Delicious on its own or with food.

May 31, 2012 - Dinner at Providence (Providence, Los Angeles, USA): Quite appealing light strawberry and pink floral nose. Crisp and light on the palate but there is a touch of an earthy character to give it a bit of interest and depth.
