Community Tasting Notes 1

April 14, 2013 - Nice balanced white. Balance of acid and body makes it a very good food white. Stuffed mushrooms, cheese, and chicken tapas all paired very well. Fruit characteristics were subtle with the best description being tropical fruits like mango or papaya.

(Idilico Albarino Washington State) An aromatically complex wine with green apple, citrus, floral notes, and kiwi. The palate is medium bodied and tart with racy acidity and a grapefruit pith finish. 100% Albariño. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. 12.5% alcohol. Sample provided by winery. Recommended
