August 13, 2012 - Cranberry/pink color. Nose: strawberry, cranberry, and red plum with accents of roses, tea leaves, and vanilla cream. Medium body on the palate: cranberry, strawberry, white peach, and red plum framed by rose petals, mint tea, orange peel, white pepper, and vanilla cream. Medium acidity. Some light tannins apparent. Lingering toothpick, orange peel, and white pepper on the moderate finish. Richly flavored and well structured. A perfect match for a spicy chili or Tandoori Chicken. Drink over the next 2-3 years.
