November 21, 2013 - Jolie nez qui nous donne une impression immédiate de fraîcheur et de légèreté. L'attaque en bouche nous surprend de prime abord de par sa générosité et sa rondeur mais l'acidité se fait sentir en milieu de bouche pour créer un ensemble à l'équilibre exemplaire qui s'étire dans une longue finale qui maintient le thème de la fraîcheur. Une très belle découverte de mon côté !
