  July 13, 2018 - Beautifully textured wine. The fruit has faded but there is a gorgeous thick texture with sweet toffee notes. Worked well with sushi and a variety of hot sauces.

  August 13, 2017 - I had forgotten how good this wine is. Better with some years on it than when it was new, I think. Very rounded with deep spice notes, earth, and powerful white pepper. Sweet lychees are still present on the palate, if starting to fade. Spice links up with sweet butterscotch to give a redolent effect that seems to echo through the meal and excessively long finish.. Really outstanding wine.
